Who are we?Our bilingual studio was designed for students of all ages, from infant to adult. We aim not just to teach our students to dance. We prepare our students to explore other worlds and cultures, through a variety of music appropriate to every age in every group. We prepare our students to explore lyrics from a human perspective because dance changes lives and we want to give our students the tools to be successful in dance, school, and life.

Attendance/ Makeup PolicyAll classes meet once a week during the regularly scheduled time. If you can't make a class, no problem! If you would like to schedule a makeup class, you must email/text us prior to attending a class the dancer is not enrolled in to ensure there is space in that class to makeup. If you need help finding a class for them to makeup, give us a text and we can send over all the possible options! Make up classes can only be scheduled the same month that you missed, or the following week after the last week of the month. Makeup classes can be used by any member of the family. Cirque Dance classes cannot be made up with a regular dance class and vice versa. We cannot honor a full month of makeups in lieu of being enrolled in a class. For further questions, text us 412-900-8078.

How should you dress for class?Dancers can wear any comfortable clothes in order to move freely. We recommend leggings, t-shirts, tank tops, leotards, shorts, ballet skirts or any of your favorite outfits (no jeans please). Here are some more specifics on what to wear/bring for each class type! Mommy and Me/ Little Stars: We want to make your light easier with the little ones so they can wear anything they want (no jeans) for their feet: bare feet or socks (tap shoes if your Little Stars includes tap, they sell cheap ones at Walmart or Amazon) and your favorite dancing outfit/ leggings or shorts and t-shirt/ dresses and pants/ leotard and tights. Acro/ Cirque: Bare feet (so no one slips) and fitted clothes (leggings recommended for cirque so the silks doesn't accidentally pinch their skin) Hip Hop: Any clothes you can move in! dance sneakers not worn outside. Ballet: Ballet shoes, fitted clothes, or leotard/unitard if you have! Skirts/tutus ok with pants under! Adult Classes: Clothes to move comfortably in, sports bra for ladies, shoes depend on the style- bare feet, ballet shoes, tap shoes, heels, sneakers not worn outside, etc. (kangoo boots are provided at studio. make sure to text us your shoe size if you haven't and you will be participating in the kangoo jumps class) No street shoes in the dance area. Kids who have long hair, please have your hair up and out of your face, and don’t forget your water bottle everyone! ***If you have any further questions, reach out to us via email (luadanceclub@gmail.com) or by text (412-900-8078). ***
